known then as Heinrich Construction, we began as a siding contractor in the Kitsap area, extending our services all way to eastern Washington. Our business has grown through word of mouth recommendations from satisfied clients, helping us establish a strong reputation. Our clients often describe us as honest, fair, and skilled in our craftsmanship.
After thoughtful deliberation, we chose to expand our construction knowledge by working with Blackwood Builders Group. With Jason Heinrich serving as Project Manager and Ashley Heinrich as Site Superintendent, we oversaw projects in Seattle.
Throughout this time, we took a hands-on approach and remained committed to the effort required to complete each project on schedule and within budget.

With the knowledge acquired during our time at Blackwood, we decided to establish our own company: Loyalty Homes.
We are dedicated to serving Kitsap County and the greater Seattle area. Our mission is to continue building quality homes while fostering lasting relationships through our commitment to our clients. We look forward to expanding our services beyond spec builds to work directly with homeowners as well

This was a three unit site. Single family residence with an attached dwelling unit ADU with roof top decks. As well as a detached dwelling unit DADU.
This is a 4 unit site, town homes with fire sprinkler system.
